Non Delivery of Booking Cyllende

Dear Team,

I have an LPG gas connection with INDANE Gas Company, connection number PG-19308 (PRITHVI GAS SERVICE c-116 LIG flat, East Of Loni Road, Delhi CODE -03-01-0491).

I have changed my address from previous one to D-543, Street No-10, C/o G S Singh Ashok Nagar Delhi 110093 and before two months back same has been intimated to PRITHVI GAS SERVICE for updation. I have recived two deliveries of cyllender on new address on Dec 11 and Jan 08 respectively.

Now I booked my cyllender on Feb 02, and till date same has not been delivered and the behaviour of the concerned staff is very irritating even they neaver picked the landline number.

For the same I went to the PRITHVI GAS SERVICE, now they are saying that it'll take 7 to 8 days for the delivery by having the ascuse that we will make the field investigation.

Now my question is that if they people have delivered two times at new address then what is the need of taking 7 to 8 days for the same.

Non delivery of cyllender My family is facing lots of problem and taking the food from outside.

Please look into the same and make some action against the staff of PRITHVI GAS SERVICE as they neaver listen the problem of the customers.
