Non suply of gas on ivrs booking

I booked a gas on 15/1 via ivrs of indane on 1620 (mtnl line) my booking no is 64. Gas was not supplied till 19/1. A wasteful exercise. you have to on the mnercy of dealer. My dealer is Sharma gas company, Uttam Naga
