Non delilvery of gas cylenders

I booked gas for home delivery on 9/11 with model gas agency, dilkusha market jalandhar, my costomer no mg 8230 but till today 27/11 not deliver gas cylender as the time of call they told me we will deliver withintwo days from the date of booking whenever i make phone call to representive he says today must be delivered we are facing much problem due to this type of service
