Connection no.56795 gas booked online on 15/04 in maruti gas agency anna nagar west
booking no.200496 but delivery made only on 29/04
after a big fight with the delivery man in the street. He insisted delivery could be made only without bill.
though booking computerised delivery is at the mercy of the delivery man/gas agency staff
computerisation of booking did not serve the purpose.
please take steps this problem donot recur in future
