NON DELIVERY OF REFILL GAS CYLINDER

I have booked a refill LPG cylinder with SHREEJI ENTERPRISES, KOLKATA vide online booking No 3. On personally visiting the agency next day I was given booking No 5452 dated 21/22 Feb. My consumer No 738.On enquiry again yesterday, I was told I have to wait for another 7/8 days. Please look into the matter and arrange to supply refill cylinder at the earliest. Thanks.
