Gas connection not transferred

Sir,

i got my gas connection transferred from Assam to rohtak on 29Aug11. the transfer voucher alongwith documents and fees (approx.2750/-) was submitted at rohtak gas agency during 2nd week of september. The dealer gave me no receipt for payment and also no delivery book was given as he promised delivery within two days. However, till date no Regulator or cylinder has been given to me. the dealer always states that there is no supply from company itself. Now it has been one month of being deprived of any gas connection.

Pls expedite the process. Waiting for an urgent action.
