Non delivery of gas

Dear Sir,

I am retail consumer of IOC vide consumer no. 25236 registered with Gemini Enterprises, Najafgarh, New Delhi. I have booked cylinder for delivery on 15.10.2010 vide booking no. 302. Thereafter I have made complaint for non delivery of cylinder on 21.10.2010 but till today no action has been taken. From the last six months I am facing same problem. Some time the cylinder is delivered at my address about 1 month late in the past, which is creating very trouble for me. Please do the needful and take necessary action against my complaint
