Regarding Non Delivery of Gas Cylinde

I have booked Gas Cylinder on 05-04 vide my Connection No. PGW-68404 in the name of Gurmail Singh and told me to deliver the same with in two or three days. But till date i.e.23-04 the Gas Cylinder not deliver to me inspite repeat reminder on phone every day. No reason told behind non deliver of gas cylinder.
