I applied for the double cylinder in January. In april i got the confirmation that i can go and provide the mentioned documents and take the second cylinder. Very next day i reached the Anusha Gas Agency office but they told the cylinder stock is over and i have to come again next week. I went next week also then they told that you have to come again next week. As a routine work i went again then they showed a letter from IOC that the stock is over. Please come after 16th may. Today morning again i gave them a call then they told me to call after 6th June.
I asked general question "if you did not have the stock why did you send the letters" then they told this is a problem from the company, we are just the dealer.
Please beware of these agencies. They already distributed the cylinders to known ones.
