I have purchased a safari carry bag from Big Bazaar Allahabad on 19/08.the bag was under guarantee for one year. But on its first usage, we found the zip of the bag is deattached from its fabric.we have contacted the concerned department here at allahabad and handed over the bag to him on 27/01.The person who is in charge of that particular section has asked for a time span of 7 to 10 days which is not reasonable.
The problem has yet not been resolved and need immediate action.since the bag is in guarantee, i dont need it to be repaired but replaced.
kindly look into the matter and do the needfull as early as possible.
