I had complained several times (via emails sent on 12th, 19th and 30th Mar-10) to the IGL's Customercare ([email protected]) regarding gross excess billing to the extent of about 2.5 times on my connection no. BP No. 4000030845 for the period since 7-Jan-10 and requested that the meter be checked. This has not been done to date.
