Non installation of gas pipeline

We had applied for a PNG (piped natural gas) connection for our house (Address: 9-B, Pocket-C, Phase-3, Ashok Vihar, Delhi -110052) in the name of the house owner Mrs Arpita Kolay.

A payment of Rs 5000/ was made for the same. The cheque was encashed by IGPL on 22nd May. The details of the same were Cheque Number : 0501452; Bank: HDFC Bank, Udyog Vihar Branch.

Subsequently, no installation was made even after the fitters had come to our house and taken measurements. No action was taken after subsequent reminders to them.

I am awaiting either a refund or response on the complaint and so far none has been received
