Dear Sir,
this is to inform you that we have incorporated urinal sensors in our Corporate office in all our 6 floors wash rooms which become unserviceable time and again. we have been registering complaints on line but has not yeilded any fruitful results. their service department are not able to rectify the faults. we have registered the complaint recently on 01 june by our Maintenance Head of our company by mob no. 9007373048 but even on reminding no rectification staff were sent and on top of that they spoke very rudely to us on giving them reminders. even the calls were not being taken by the customer care. it has been four days and no rectification done till date. the wash rooms of our office has become unhygienic and gives bad odour rendering it unusable by the staff and hampering the office work. since we had no choice but to approach you for your help since a reputed company like Jaguar is not responding. The on line complaint Number of Jaguar 033-22277188 has also been approached but without any result. may i request you to look into the matter and resolve the issue.
