I had hired a full time maid from Kumar Personnel Bureau, B-219, 2nd Floor, Lajpat Nagar-1, Delhi after paying one year commission to them with the condition that in case we are not satisfied with the maid, they will provide the replacement within 3-4 days. The maid left the work after 20 days for some silly resaons (she expected to be treated like a guest in our home). The agency could not provide the replacement even after 20 days of leaving the first maid and not even bothered to return the commission. It has been more than 6 months now and they are just not bothered to return the money. The owner is never in the office and most of the time is in Mumbai/Pune... (thats what their staff keep saying) and even if you call him, his response would be "sir, apka paise next week tak apke ghar bhej denge, aap sochiye ke apka paisa bank me hai". This next week never comes. I would like to advise all maid seekers to plz avoid agencies like this and have peace of mind.
