Aircon Servicing Not Provisioned

I purchased 4 vouchers at the cost of SG$15 each from the Singapore Groupon internet site for discounted aircon servicing from Chillex.

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Chillex via email and phone to arrange an appointment, I received an email from Chillex that confirmed an appointment's data and time a few weeks later than the original requested appointment. However, no one from Chillex came on the day of the appointment. Further attempts to contact Chillex were unsuccessful -- the phone number on the web site went to a voice mail and no reply to emails.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a scam.
