this is to state that i Dinesh Khanduri consumer of Shiv Shakti Gas Agency Nirankari Colony Delhi with customer no 18590. i have booked a cylinder on 3rd March with booking no. Not given but the same has not been delieverd yet inspite of my daily visits. whenever i use to go there they say that the cylinder will be delievered tommorow but till date it has not been delievered.
we are facing a crucial problem regarding the cylinder as there is no refilled cylinder with us. This problem is not being faced for the first time but it has become a regular habit of Shiv Shakti Gas Agency .they never deliver the refilled cylinder in time to thier customers but they use to give the cylinders to the unauthoried people who sells lpg cylinder in black.
kindly look into the matter and instruct your agency holder to deliver the cylinder immedietly as we are facing serious problem
