I Subhashish Bhattacharya a resident of 144/84 Amar Chakraborty Road Berhampore Murshidabad purchased flat at 57 Dewangaji Road Bally Howrah PIN 711201 from MAA tara construction situated at 57 Dewangaji Road Bally Howrah PIN 711201 on august since then I enjoy electricity through sub meter. Promoters {Tapan Kanti DEy & Dinesh Mishra} not provide proper electric connection to me. In January They asked me to pay a lot of amount for a electric connection for a meter in others name. Surprisingly the address of the meter is same as mine (Block B Flat No C2 2nd Floor 57 Dewangaji Road Bally Howrah PIN 711201) then i applied CESC (CALCUTTA ELECTRIC SUPPLY CORPORATION) FOR A NEW METER & they allowed me to get it. But now my promoters have threatened me that they will not allow me to take proper connection to my home so now me &my family members in dark. My mother is a high sugar patient so we have to leave the flat. The promoters threat cause a serious mental problem to my mother.
