I am an Indane LPG customer registered with the Magadh Gas Enterprises located in Kurji, Patna. The gas agency has never delivered refill cylinders on time. It always takes around a month to deliver refill cylinders and that too after many phone calls and complaints. This time again, I had booked a cylinder on 27 June but have not received the refill yet. Last time I had made a complaint to the consumer forum and had got the refill 2 days later. But after that, it has again started its drama of not delivering cylinders on time.
Please check into the matter and ensure delivery on time.
