I have Indane Gas Connection with mahalakshmi Indane gas Agency Situated at Periyar Nagar, Chennai 600 082 having phone No:044-2670 3353 /26703363
My complaint is that I have gas Connection at above Agency bearing consumer name as S.Mahesh Kumar 21 first st, sai nagar, chennai 82, consumer NO:38807 and their service is too far to cry lest good service..I have booked refill on 9-7-11 and so far they haven't delivered to us when I contact they don't give proper reply, As we (wife and me) working people despite taking off from our work and to receive reckless reply. Admittedly past one week I am shuttling home to gas agency ended in futile and they have ready made reply saying you weren't at home when supplier visited which is not true.
To Our Humbug even I said desk person at gas agency that I have made a complaint against you and they leastt perturbed about and just saying " You compalaint to any body - not bothered' .
