Connection not provided within 3 months as promised

I have applied for fresh connection of MGL Piped gas on 9th February and was promised that the connection will be provided to my home within 90 days. There is no response from MGL and I have not heard from them. The guy who took the cheque says he from marketing and now I have to call up their customer care. The customer care executive Sunil Pawar says that the registration was done in March despite the cheque dated 8th feb.
