My mother a Sr. Citizen, Aged 93 yrs.has a Mahanagar Gas connection. Mahanagar Gas has installed the Meter etc but have not connected the gas supply.
She has written letters which were hand delivered to their Bandra Kurla Complex office, she has sent emails to their Customer Service for the past THREE MONTHS and all they do is to send a standard reply as follows:
