Delay in gas cylinder supply

Sir,

I am Syed Ibrahim and i had booked for the gas cylinder supply on 6th April my consumer no is 67409. I was told that cylinder will be delivered within 2-3 days of booking and so far the gas cylinder is not supplied and whenever enquired over phone the staff respond irresponsibly saying the load has not come. Everytime when enquired they say they will send in two days but so far it is not delivered. I request you to kindly take necessary steps.
