MINI GAS AGENCY, INDANE DISTRIBUTOR, KUNDARA
NOT ISSUING THE SECOND CYLINDER

Sir,

I am a customer of MINI GAS AGENCY, KUNDARA since 8.10.2007 with the customer number 178271. I got the intimation letter for second cylinder from MINI GAS AGENCY, Kundara on 18.12.2010. As per the letter, I contacted the agency, but they answered that there was no enough load and could not provide the cylinder and asked me to call after a few days. I obeyed it and on asking further they told me that they were not issuing cylinder till 27.12.2010.So, on 28.12. I went to meet the proprietor and handed the intimation letter to her. But she shouted at me without any provocation and spoked in a very rough and irritable language.

In this context, I humbly request you to give me justice as early as possible.
