I am registered with the MM Gas Service, Taylor Road, Gandhi Ground, Amritsar-143001, for the kitchen gas cylinder (INDANE).
But the reception attendant and the delivery boys always harassing the customer in giving the delivery of the cylinder. Also the ladies at the reception always put the receiver aside and don't receive the call and if there is any problem they never help us with the same. Sometime while booking they don't book the cylinder for which there is delay or non receiving of the cylinder.
The delivery boys also charge extra on each cylinder delivered to the customers and also talk very rude for which the customer got insulted.
So, i am here to request you that kindly do for the same for the complaint as i think this would be the best way to get someone caught ed handed.
