Newly supplied HP Gas Cylinder
Nozel is leaking

Dear Sir

We have been supplied HP Gas Cylinder on 28 December (JRF Serial No. 333532E). After some time it has been observed that it was leaking from the nozzle. We lodged the complaint with the supplier. Mechanic has come twice and tried to rectify the leak but he could not stop leak completely. He asked supplier to replace the leaking gas cylinder but till date supplier has not replaced the leaking cylinder.
