Pathetic service shown by On dot courier and customer care.

I was tracking my package having very important documents, which came from ambala to mumbai on 27th Oct with airway bill no:--614661932.

Customer care shows that the courire reched on 27th oct and is with the person Mr Naresh (mobile no:-9221751732)

today os 30th oct. Even after calling repeatedly, Mr Naresh says, "we dont have people to deliver, come and collect" with rash language.and they say... do"do whatever you can do"

these people dont have adiquetes, how to speak with customers.

Kindly look into the matter, otherwise its a very bad repo for ondot couriers.

We will definetly publish this matter in media, so that people should not trust on this courier service.
