The online tele shop is a totally fraud company. The consumer rights department should close down this company and arrest the people who are responsible for the administration of the company. They are total frauds and are minting money by making complete fools out of people. I request people to please fist read the reviews and then decide for themselves if they want to part with their money!!!
They do not give proper service. Keep saying that the service department will call you in 3-4 days but no one ever calls up.
Request the consumer rights department to kindly follow up on this company and make sure the people responsible for this company are never able to business again. Had it been anywhere outside India this company's people would have been behind bars by now as they have cheated each and every customer! My bad luck that i did not do a review search before purchasing the Steam Mop from them!
