Gas agency phone always busy

I am a customer of indane with customer no 5570 and have been registed with parwan indane gas service (telephone No 0121-2680078 and 6542486). i am trying to book the gas since wednesday 21/9. but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy / they agree to book the gas but after call.
