Fraud Company,
Pay Point India Network Pvt. Ltd. is one of the fraud company. It gives poor services. It does not have modern technology. Margins are too low. Always false commitments, no proper retailer certificate, not interested in retailers complaints, service validity is for two years only, Ignore this company for any business proposal.
Even not issuing sub agent IRCTC certificate to retailer & always failed to fulfil their commitments. I found the hopeless services, hopeless serving system and hopeless staff too. So all the retailer should demand from the company for proper authorized certificate including all service providers with life-time validity & IRCTC SUB AGENT certificate which is issued from New Delhi, IRCTC head office as per their commitment of issuing while joining. Else you are authorized for only some of services which is mentioned in the given certification & company fooling us by mentioning ETC word in our retailer certificate which is meaningless.
And there are many others complaints on services related issue having with the company for which myself suffering since joining, even after by the all the ways, several request & complaints on various services issue informed to the company but still none of services issue been resolved by the management.
