Dish TV
Channel not activate

I purchased multiconnection of dish tv on 05-11 by online.it was installed very late on 17-11.then after installation in one set box channel was activated. and 2nd set box channel is not activate. his vc no is 01518169798. i was already complainted on 18-11-21012 by call from customer care but no any body response my complained.

so kindly urgent solve my complaint.
