ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD. company is a bogus real estate and religion based schemes company. They braught out their real estate project in HARIDWAR, India. Without any licence they used ponzi method and sold plots to consumers. When consumer asked for refund then there are many cunning cons like their so called chairman RATAN treated consumer with harsh languages and treat them like beggars.
Its an Investment Fraud, Ratan uses lies, apperances, name dropping to gain credibily in his fake business front usally tye of real estate in name only then tries to keep invester beliving as long as possible then is gone. ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD uses a ponzi method. Mr. Ratan would ripp off anyone.
Now their false commitments and fooling of consumers from last 2yrs is happening at high rate. They have stopped releasing of consumers fund.
ALKA INDIA PVT. LTD, RATAN is bunch of buffalow heads, without money and running on consumer money and treating consumer like fool. Their project is a flop project. We called several builders in HARIDWAR about their project and everyone has given negative feedback about this company whose aim is to run away with DELHI's money.
