It is more than 20 months since we had given the order and the order is not completed till date. As now we feel action shall be taken from your side we have no option but to take the actions as indicated earlier.
You have taken Rs.1 lac for providing and installing uPVC doors & windows with complete hardware, locks, standard handles, fitted with glass / board.
As mentioned earlier:
The material was & is incomplete till date.
No Glass was provided with the doors / windows.
The material was substandard, was without the any steel reinforcement in it, as per the sample shown to us.
The profiles are the worst quality; they are light, without any metal in them, insecure & useless.
The board used was already cracking & is of non standard quality.
The beading used is unfinished, rough at the edges, does conform to standard & does not align at the corners.
The locks supplied were sub standard, the entire locking system had to be changed as the keys were breaking; the metal of the locks & the keys was so soft that they had become unusable after the first few weeks.
The handles & the uPVC for the handle were substandard and non standard; they got loose within the first few weeks itself. THE HANDLES ARE THOSE USED FOR TEMPORARY INSTALLATIONS & ARE TOTALLY UNLIKE THE NORMAL DOOR / WINDOW HANDLES.
The hinges of the doors & windows were substandard & get loose on a regular basis. Again the metal used is soft and the nut & bolts are of the most useless quality.
The installation was delayed, unorganized & without any supervision or follow-up.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE BROUGHT US TO THE POINT OF TAKING ACTION AGAINST YOU. WE HAVE TRUSTED YOU & YOUR BROTHER WHO HAS MADE NO END OF FALSE PROMISES & USED DELAYING TACTICS. MORE THAN 20 MONTHS HAS ELAPSED & YOU HAVE ONLY TRIED TO GAIN TIME. YOU HAVE DEFRAUDED US, DECEIVED US AND BELIED OUR TRUST EVERY TIME WHICH HAS COST US FROM POINT OF MONEY, TIME & INFERIOR & INCOMPLETE SUPPLIES FROM YOUR END.
