I worked (part time) with Somnath sen (owner of enchance engineering) he is not returning my work amount and not received my phone & not answering to mail

work was fabrication detail & rcc structure drawing his adress is b-10 174c sec. 34 noida HE SEND ME FALSE CHEQUE DETAIL.
