Hopeless & disgusting services offered by HP gas agencies. 99% of the time, their contact numbers remain engaged, making customers unable to book their cylinders. The strangest thing which I haven't seen with any call centre even is that the phone numbers of these gas agencies when dialed always give an engage tone. But only during the lunch hours i.e. between 1:00PM & 2:00 PM, the numbers give a ring tone, but there is no human being answering the phone call. Again after 2:00PM the number would give a busy tone. I doubt if these fools keep the phone aside.
