It is a nightmare to book Gas with Ananth Gas agency. Month after month, I face this problem. They have listed about 5-7 numbers but when you call them, their lines are either ringing or busy or it says out of order. The strange thing is that when you redial the number that is ringing, you hear an engaged tone the second time around. Pathetic service and looks like the guys who are working there are up to some black marketeering. I understand from neighbors that you can go to their office and get the gas by paying a premium price.
Is there some way to bring these guys to book and take some action against these guys?
