I have an Indane gas connection with Anu Gas agency, cahvakkad, Trichur, Kerala (Consumer no. 3795). Even after 40 days of booking the gas they dont supply the refill LPG. hey say that it will take another 2 weeks more that is 55 days after booking. All other gas agencies in the district takes maximum 30 day to supply the gas but for this agency alone the case is as explained above. And it is not the for the first time it is happening, most of the time the agency responds in this way. I am an exservicemen widow living alone as my son is working away and there is non one to help me in this situation An I plead for justice.
