Sir, My Name is Rudra Praksh Agarwal, I have booked a LPG refill at Anuj Gas Agency (Indane), Agra, dated 01.09.10 Booking No. 433. But despite several reminder they haven't deleverd the cylender yet.

Please look in to the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
