Non delivery of the hindu pape

I am Balachandar and I am working as a SAP Consultant. I have subscribed "The Hindu" newspaper on a daily basis. The subscription offer stated that the customer would receive 360 issues for 360 days by paying Rs.600 directly from the Hindu office by their agents. Accordingly, we must start receiving the newspaper from Feb'11 first as agreed by their agent. But the newspaper was not delivered to us till now. When I contacted the Hindu office, they said it will be delivered from next weak but nothing happened. I am very frustrated with the Customer Care of The Hindu newspaper
