Money transfered successfully but upgrade unsuccessful

I have transfered a sum of rs 945 to BeNaughty account (ID TOYstory7, Email ID [email protected]) as per three months special subscription offer through Oxicash E wallet on 21/02.I have statement showing transfer of money (rs 945) to BeNaughty through Oxicash, and i have mailed the BeNaughty admin, its been four days i am getting mail for make payment from different cards rather than solving my issue
