Sub: Failed to deliver report on comitted Date & Time
Dear Sir,
My Wife (Mrs. Ruchi) was Face Very Problam So We r treatment at K.K Surgen New delhi. Doctor has suggested some test and told me to come with report on 25th of March at 8:30 pm.
1.Given she blood for test at Lal Path Lab, (Durga Puri) Shahdara, Delhi on 25th March and Report delivery date was 25th March At 8:00 P.M.
2.She went to collect report at the lab but they did not deliver and told us to call After Some time but no any one call me about deliver report.
3.We called after 8:30 pm on 25st March then they put my call is not pick by Dr Lal Path Labs Pvt Ltd, (Durga Puri) Shahdara, Delhi.
So, Please do the necessary action on this regards. So that due to negligency, other people will not suffer.
