We approached TamilMatrimony office at Velachery, Chennai to register for alliance for my sister. The concerned staff brainwashed us to take "privilege matrimony" package (Rs.19, 000) for three months in which they will done the match with in three months. After we paid the money, a relationship manager was appointed for us to make the match for us. Every week she had sent 4 profiles to us and most of the profiles do not match with our preferences. For namesake she sent profiles and in some weeks, that too she had not sent. At the end of third month, we had left with no benefit. When we asked about their promise which they had given in the beginning, they said "no one accepted our sister's profile and could not make the match".
It is totally waste of money and time to register in this site. The relationship manager is not at all responsible and caring about the client. I just shared my experience to let others should know about their service.
