The head of the Arena Kormangala told me to pay a sum of 18, 000 for just registering your name as the last date is today (at that time). So I was however able to pay after asking money from my friends and others. And later told me to pay the yearly remaining fees on or before 27 of this month (1 year before) as you will get benifit of 15, 000 if i paid yearly. So I paid, the yearly whole amount. After they told me that you are in an INVOICE which states that you are paying yearly, so you cannot pay in montly basis, when asked to change to pay montly. Every month they included my lists with those students who are shortlisted with monthly payment and due fees, and they will say its just mistake we will check and will eliminate your name from the lists. Every month same issue. So i have to go there and have to say that i am paying annualy and i already paid. At that time (2 year) also they told me you are paying annually, but now at the end of this last year (3 years course) they told me you should give extra 15, 000 because you are in the invoice of montly payment. I was so angry, 1st of all they are not ready to listen to what we want to say just telling me we will help 4000 rs to your due fees and we cannot help. You should pay and we can't do anything.
Why they are fooling me fo this whole time, any why they are taking the fees for third year, even 2 year course is not finished. The whole system is corrupted, I was thinking of complaining to APTECH who is holding ARENA but same complaints. So I come here if there is any chance that I can do.
