Refund of Security Amount

Respected Sir,

I Ashutosh Upadhyay S/O Sh. R S Upadhyay have taken the Admission in The Institution i.e Balaji Academy Nagpur, Ph No. 0712-2681754, 08983770507, 508, 509 .The fees of Institute is Rs.40, 000/- as security amount which is refundable as per their norms i.e if a student doesn't attend a single class before the session began or the student is selected in any government service.

I submitted Rs.10, 000/- as the first installment and due to some reason I cancelled my admission before the session starts. But now after several telephonic request to refund that amount (Rs.10, 000/-)even I went there personally to get my money back but they are not responding satisfactorily.

Now I request you, Kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that Balaji Academy Nagpur must refund the amount as soon as possible.
