Complaint on missing result

Sir,

i mr rahul student of bangalore city college (bangalore university) problem faced by me is ihad rote 5sem exam in 2010. but my result not displayed

their is no record of me result. and rote 6sem 2011 even that result is missing. i have complained to university they didn't respounded,

and their is next upcoming examination form released, so help me from this situation, i don't know what's happening, my reg no:08ycc08032
