I was a student of B.Ed. into 2011. I am other backward class student, when i was admitted to this institute the institution said all category student that our institution will refund the scholarship but the institute didn't refund the OBC, VJ/NT, SC Scholarship.

Respected Sir, Where i complain against this institute. plz inform me... plz
