Non refund of fees

Dear sir/mam,

i have taken admission to BHAGWAN MAHAVIR INSTITUTE OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY through 4th counselling (HSCS) in august but i did'nt wanted to continue due to admission in ip university delhi, that is, i withdrew my admission from and BHAGWAN MAHAVIR INSTITUTE OF ENGG. AND TECHNOLOGY informing them timely through application.

According to AICTE all dues should be given back to students taking admission in ip university as there was late counselling.

but now the college is refusing to give back the fees even the refundable security..

so please file a complaint against it.
