On my address "indian managenment school and research centre", Navi Mumbai had sent management course books on 28/1 via Blaze flash courrier Docket no. 221907187 .The courrier came to Blaze flash jaipur office on 31/1.The courrier was then sent to Mahipalpur hub at New delhi on 1/2and from their the parcel was sent back to Mumbai on 2/2.
Blazw Flash did not deliver the parcel on my address at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan despite their own Blaze Flash office at Bhiwadi.
Kindly intervene and ask them to deliver my parcel to my address immediately or otherwise pay for the damarage Rs20000/-.
