BPP
Certificate has not been received by me

I am mr. Pankaj Kumar Burnwal, a student of IGNOU, pursuing B.A.. I have sat for the examination of BPP 2010 on december and my enrollment no. is - 096189178, still now i havn't got my BPP certificate. So i just want to inform you that please see my problem carefully and take action on it. please its my urnest request to you
