Brilliance College is condcuting study centers all over Kerala with the highest advertisement amongst all the educational centers in Kerala. I joined for the Deputy collector correspondence course of brilliance college. When I paid the full fees of Rs 1000, they gave me 6 very small books, maximum which costs a total of Rs.150.Then I had to wait 1.5 months to get the Deputy Collector rank file. All these time they were selling this rank file at a cost of Rs 250 outside. So the maximum cost of their study material is Rs 400 and I had to pay Rs 1000 for that. There are so many mistakes in all their study materials. These include spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, answer key error and errors in facts. I called the Brilliance College main office in Trivandrum and reported this many times. They have not asked me who I am. They are least bothered about all these things. No body complaints about this to anyone. They are making a lot of money by cheating us. In the Deputy collector rank file they have given a previous year question paper of Deputy Collector 2003 exam. This question paper was just cooked up carelessly by the editors, It does not have any standards, or does not have the correct mark distribution or the correct nuber of questions. After all Deputy collector exam was conducted previously almost 15 years ago. Ang how did they get 2003 question paper?
