We had taken Sukh Sagor Institute (SSI) franchisee mumbai for Raipur city. SSI is well know coaching center for CA course in Maharashtra. They have come up with franchisee model for VSAT classes.
We have been committed for DELHI faculties for CA classes as in chattaisgarh every knows Delhi faculty. Mr. Bhavesh Bhat owner of SSI and Mr. Vyas VP of SSI has made commitments for Vinod Gupta Sir of Delhi and Bright Tutorial of Delhi is joining the SSI for CA classes. They had also announced to Students to join SSI for Delhi faculty through VSAT mode.
On there commitment we had started taking admission of students for Delhi faculty CA classes. But after few months of regular follow up we came to know no Delhi faculty is joining the SSI and we have to return the student fees.
Then we demanded return of our investment made on SSI franchisee for false commitments. But they refused to do that. We dont have any legal agreement with SSI for franchisee. But our investment in SSI is dead loss. Not a single student is coming for SSI CA classes and we feeling cheated by SSI.
